|
·
Non -Oil Self
Lubricating Bearings are qualified to improve the application life
and abrasion resistance of the coupling shaft, as well as reduce
energy consumption.
·
Circuitry for the
convertor plus PLC, not only continuously variable transmission, the
machine can work in automatic detection of the fault condition
shutdown.
·
Using the Pneumatic
clutch to start the current, brake smoothly, except to move the
slider or the outside could stop time to stop after the death, to
provide maximum room for maneuver.
·
In order to decrease
the pollution of Hot-gas spray to the working environment, closed
guard is designed and developed.
·
The Machine set
pressure oil line protection devices to ensure that all parts of the
machine running the full lubrication. Set airway pressure protection
device, overload protection of the machine, improve mold life.
·
Make sure the machine
can be tested in
convenience, then for the security of the staff, building safety
protection door and teaching the operators to carry out standard
operation are also of great importance.
·
Nipper and Clamp : The
bevel gear nipper conveys workpiece back and forth. The motor makes
clamp station up and down to ensure the security during operation.
The cylinder opening and closing clamp conveying can adjust the
clamp force. The turnover clamp can be flipped 180 degree.
·
Frequency
Convertor : The brand of the frequency convertor is Germany
or Japan, which can adjust the frequency to reach continuously
variable speed to setup the machine production speed.
Manufacture the products with the most economical cost and
the most reasonable production speed to save production coast
effectively.
·
PLC Electrical Control
: The Germany or Japan PLC Controls the electrical equipment an
security detection device to achieve simple control, which is easy
to maintain and convenient to setup and modify the program.
·
Clutch : Equipped with
pneumatic clutch and pneumatic brake to avoid the starting current
generating repeatedly, convenient for parking and reversing and
improve the efficiency of mold debugging in the process of
installation.
·
Each Station of rear
knock out device can be adjusted individually and the last station
can realize the action of knocking out trimmed product via adjusting
the location of cam or changing different cam, however the safety
pin with the function of pressure checkup is attached.
·
Hand operated digital
baffing length (Optional)
·
Main sliding table :
Main Sliding table and back support mechanism keep dynamic balance
in the process of operation, which is easy to adjust the position of
movable mold to ensure the machine is stable and not easy to wear
during operation, to maintain a high precision even after long-term
use.
