DOUBLE STROKE COLD HEADING MACHINES (Automatic, High Speed)

FEATURES

These cold heading machines are fully automatic and easy to operate with little training, fitted with Solid Die to produce blank for Bolts, Screws, Rivets and other similar components. Cut off and knock out mechanism have safely devices that will stop any major accident if any abnormal function occurs in machines.
A positive knock out provision had been made on the 1st and 2nd punches to eliminate the possibility of parts sticking to these punches during the operations. The maximum parts of the machines are ground and all the Cames and Rollers from H.C.H.C. ( Hardened & Ground ).
On some extra charges machines will be equipped with Pneumatic Clutch & Automatic Centralized Lubrications systems which provides sufficient quantity lubricating to all bearing surface.

Features :-
1)     All the Machines are provided with Adjustable Phosphorous Bronze Plates to reduce
        wear and tear of the main forging and threading slides.
2)     All the Main Bushes of the machines are made of Phosphorous Bronze Metal.
3)     All the Machines and their main forging and threading slides are made of special graded
         casting and are properly seasoned to ensure high stability for long life.
4)     Machines are provided with Double Heavy Duty Wheels to ensure balanced movement of
         crank shafts and precision forging of bolts & auto parts.

        damages in case of any accident.
6)     Heading Machine will be provided with Slide Locking System.

8)     The Threading Machines is provided with Gear & Pinion to reduce electricity consumption
         and thus economize the operations and increase power.
9)     Thread Rolling Machine will be provided with special Knock – out system and bolt
         locking system to avoid accidents.
10)     Followers of all cams of the machines are made of special high carbon steels and are
          provided with Phosphorous Bronze Bushes. They are also provided with Special
          shockers to reduce vibration and ensure high speed feeding of blanks.
11)     Machines are designed for increased productivity at lower operational cost and
           manpower.
12)     Machines are heavily constructed for high stability and ensure longer machine-life.
13)    All the cranks & shafts are made of special alloy steels to ensure less wear and tear &
         proper absorption of load.
14)    All the cams are made of special alloy steels and properly hardened & tempered to
          ensure long life.
15)    Heading machine is provided with special cutting arrangement for straight cutting.
16)    Threading is provided with special system for threading half Thread Bolts.
17)    Threading machines are heavily constructed and a tie rod is provided for high stability.
18)     Its Main connecting arm is adjustable for length.
19)     A high pressure coolant pump is provided to insure proper cooling of dies and proper
          removal of bur.
