FEATURES

The entire system is controlled by Electronic Panel based on Thyrister and D.C. Drive Control Panels.

PLANT DETAILS

Set the desired welding points and start the machine.
The line wires from the Pay Off stands / swift standing on the rear side of the machine are drawn through wire straightener.
Cross wire duly pre straightened and cut to length are dropped from the rack standing on top of welding station.
The line and cross wires are rhythmically welded as desired.
The speed of welding is controlled through the control panel.
